Wrong Size: In the event that you have received a product with the wrong size, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We offer two options for resolution:
a) Exchange: We are happy to exchange the item for the correct size, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support within 5 working days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
b) Store Credit: If you prefer, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the product. You can use this credit towards a future purchase from our store. Please contact our customer support within 5 working days of receiving the product to request store credit.
